Sponsorships Needed

It is time again to make plans to attend the 2010 NIRI Southwest Regional Conference! The conference will be at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, Louisiana, August 18 – 20, 2010. Over 2000 NIRI members will be invited to attend from chapters all over the country.

We greatly appreciate and acknowledge that NIRI Chapters could not offer the educational opportunities to members and guests if not for the continuing support from our service providers. In light of this, we are asking for your company’s support of the NIRI Southwest Regional Conference hosted by NIRI Dallas/Ft. Worth.

We are offering opportunities for service providers to promote their company through a variety of sponsorship levels, including providing conference scholarships to practitioners.

We are anticipating approximately 160 investor relations professionals will attend. Consequently, this is an excellent opportunity for your company to reach your target audience. We know that 2009 was a tough year for many companies and have negotiated excellent room rates ($99 per night) at the Hotel Monteleone, a historic hotel in the French Quarter. We have also kept registration costs at the same level as 2008. And we have structured all of our sponsorship opportunities for maximum value
